What are the best at-home exercises for toning up my stomach and legs?

Can anyone give me some good at home workouts that I can do, especially to tone up my stomach and legs? I can’t really afford the gym. Please be specific. I’d like to start jogging too. Does anyone have any tips on how I should get started? I know that you’re supposed to start slowly, but I’m not sure exactly how to go about it.

In case it matters, I’m 19 with no known health problems.
