Leaper for Basketball training for dunking and rebounding

Our Super Mini-Gym is ideal for home exercise program. Young athletes can train fast to be fast in less time than other programs as there is no weights to set or release. Basketball, volleyball, and football athletes can use our optional leaper pads to simulate our Leaper exerciser, developing that all important leg power for the game. One will jump higher, quicker, run faster, and improve their vertical jump 6-10 inches in a few weeks by developing the white quick twitch muscle fiber. Athletes do dozens of reps of each exercise as the exerciser resistance always returns for the next rep as fast as one can work. More strength and power is developed because one can work either fast or slow speed of exercise. The user actually makes his own resistance with the exact same amount of effort they exert as its always automatic resistance. It is easy to maintain strength, quickness, and athletic power “in season” with our fast speed isokinetic workouts. Athletes usually do 30 reps in 25-30 seconds (just not possible with weights). Our Super Mini-Gym can be used from floor and from wall. Its safer, than other methods and little or no muscle soreness is experienced with our isokinetic exercises. Are there any at home exercises good to do to try to turn a breech baby?

jtmorales_23 asked:

I just recently had a 4D ultrasound done. They sent the results back to my regular doctor. When my doctor discovered that the baby is still breech at almost 36 weeks she ordered another ultrasound and had it set up for next week (week 36). I was told that if he is still breech I may end up getting a external cephalic version done to try to move the baby manually. Are there any kind of exercises I can do at home between now and then to try to move him on my own?
