I would like a flatter stomach, tighten up my buns and thighs, and tone my arms and build strength.<br />
I have a Pilates DVD but I also want to do extra workouts too.</p>
<p>If anyone knows any great exercises and good eating habits to help me, please feel free to share.</p>
<p>I would appreciate any help. Thankyou so much.<br />
P.S.<br />
I dont have access to a gym or any exercise machines.<br />
Also, I cant really walk either because I dont have any one to walk with.</p>
<p>So I need exercises and tips I can do alone and at home.<br/><br/></div>

I&#8217;ve thought of gentle aerobics and chair based exercises but I need to go into more depth. I&#8217;m really unsure of what to teach them! I just need some advice and tips from real people and not a stupid machine (because all the websites aren&#8217;t helping me out). Can you help me please?<br />
I would also appreciate it if you explained to me what the exercises are and how they work because I&#8217;m not particually bright and I don&#8217;t have a good general knowledge <img src='http://www.skipdoo.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> oh yeah, I&#8217;ve got to improve thier strength, flexibility and endurance.<br />
Hey I wasn&#8217;t being insulting to elders, not at all! I&#8217;ve been brought up to respect my elders and I do! It&#8217;s just that the group that I&#8217;ve got to teach have health problems. I wasn&#8217;t saying that all elderly people are unfit! Please don&#8217;t take offence! I wasn&#8217;t trying to be nasty. And it&#8217;s the truth, I&#8217;m not very bright. Really I&#8217;m not. I&#8217;m not stupid or anything, I get good grades but I don&#8217;t have a good general knowledge. Please don&#8217;t take this question the wrong way! I&#8217;m not trying to get credit for your ides. I&#8217;ve thought of many of the ideas you&#8217;ve all suggested but I&#8217;m young and not very experienced at leading sports so I wanted to ask other people. Please don&#8221;t think I&#8217;m sponging off you! I&#8217;m not like that!!<br/><br/></div>
