What exercises can I do within a small area for running sprint and losing weight?

I’ve never gone to gym. all i’ve been doing is dancing in my room. the most important thing to remember, always watch the food coming in your mouth. if you’re the rapid exercise type then eating pizza, burgers and pasta shouldnt be alot of problem. like me, i cut down dinner
